The Hunt for the Kingfisher Calendar Girl 2012: Terms & Conditions
1. The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by NDTV Lifestyle Limited and its producers/event managers/agents / representatives (“the organizers”).
2. The applicant should be between 18 and 28 years of age as on 31st August 2011.
3. The applicant will have to be a natural born female.
4. The applicant"s height must be 5feet 6inches and above.
5. She must submit 4 different photographs one being in a bikini. The organisers shall have the right to use photographs uploaded / submitted by the applicants on any platform - print, on air broadcast or digital (web and mobile) - to promote the event without any restrictions. The same material may also be used on any third-party platforms with which the organisers have an understanding. The applicant will have no claims against the organisers in this respect. All information disclosed in the application by the applicant shall be treated as non-confidential and the organizers shall have the right to use the same in any manner it may deem fit on any media.
6. The applicant will be required to produce their age proof (Passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate, driver"s license, etc).
7. The entire copyright and other intellectual property rights in the said Show and all footage shot for this Show (including footage featuring the applicants/contestants) shall vest with NDTV Lifestyle. NDTV Lifestyle has the sole right to exploit the footage of this Show commercially by and all means throughout the world and shall have the right to edit, cut, translate, dub, package or alter the footage, and to combine it other material for that purpose. NDTV Lifestyle is authorized to use the footage recorded for this Show in any manner it deems fit, including for broadcast on its channel or any other platform, and that any applicant cannot hold any claim against NDTV Lifestyle in this regard.
8. In case the applicant or the applicant"s immediate family is related to any person employed in any of the NDTV group companies, or any of the judges as informed to the applicant at any stage, the applicant must disclose the same immediately.
9. The organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever. The organisers reserve the right to reject any application without giving any reason. Incomplete applications shall be rejected. No objections in this regard will be entertained.
10. The applicant if chosen for the final round will need to be available for shooting of the reality series for a period of one month. The organisers reserve the right to announce the days of the shoot in their sole discretion.
11. The participant should have a valid passport till March 2012.
12. The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given.
13. The organisers are not responsible if the sponsors do not make good the prizes (if any) promised by them.
14. The organisers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk and can have no claim against NDTV Lifestyle.
15. The decision of the organizers / judges is final in all cases. No queries or objections will be entertained in this regard.
16. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.
17. The organisers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.
18. In the event of any dispute, the organiser"s decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
19. In case of any dispute, the courts at Delhi will have the exclusive jurisdiction.
20. The winner is expected to give all dates towards the shoot of the Making of The kingfisher calendar 2012.
